We made history…beating Algeria (ranked over 50 places above us in the world) 3-2, the final point won at 12.37am on Tuesday 31st July. The first and only ever indoor win in an Olympic Games. We exceeded expectations, delivered against the best teams in the world on the biggest stage in the world, have received amazing feedback from the volleyball world and inspired people to get involved in our fantastic sport!
